Week 9 of pregnancy (First Trimester)
You:
Other people probably won’t notice any difference in your size, but your clothes may begin to feel a lit bit tighter. You might also experience flushes and feeling hot, this is due to the fact that your organs are working harder to support you and your baby. Your heart will be pumping more blood around your body which will make you feel a lot warmer. You might also feel increasingly tired, this is very normal and you will start to feel better when you get into your second trimester. Lots of women begin suffer from headaches and back problems during this period of pregnancy, you may also get thrush, this is due to hormonal differences during
pregnancy.
Your baby:
All your baby’s body parts are now present, however they are still developing and not yet fully formed. Your baby weighs around 10g, but is preparing itself for rapid growth.
